About the Role
Day to day is focused on independently completing real estate appraisals, updating clients, collection of and confirming market data, and supporting other appraisers in the team.
Responsibilities
- Drafting quotes for appraisals.
- On-site property inspections.
- Complete assignments on time with minimum supervision.
- Collect, verify, and analyze sales and market information for appraisal process.
- Complete appraisal reports on agribusiness properties.
- Working in a collaborative effort with team members of Agrinomic Insights.
- Discussing appraisal reports results and conclusions with Clients if needed.
- Maintain work files on Agrinomic Insights' shared Microsoft Teams Folder.
- Maintain and ensure consistency in sales database.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of agriculture.
- Must have state certified general licensure in state east of the Mississippi River.
- Desire to work in fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical abilities & customer service focus.
- A self-starter mentality and experience taking ownership of projects.
- Ability to thrive in a low-ego, highly collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge and skills with Microsoft 365 applications i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to execute on multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of appraisal experience.
- 3+ years of independently producing appraisal reports for review.
- Knowledge of AgWare software and Yellow Book (UASFLA) appraisal format.
