About the Role

Your duties center around supporting appraisers by providing research of pertinent real estate sales, market information, creating and maintaining area descriptions and assisting appraisers in the preparation and proofing of appraisal reports.

Responsibilities

• Research sales: search public records, verification, “pulling of maps”, and sale write ups.
• Researching and writing area market analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of bids.
• Prepare subject property maps prior to appraisal inspection.
• Prepare engagement letters.
• Proof reading appraisal reports for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Adhere to timelines and provide services in a timely manner.
• Conducts oneself in a professional manner and maintains a professional demeanor.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of agriculture and/or real estate.
• Knowledge and skills with Microsoft 365 applications i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to execute on multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
• Associate degree
• United States location and work-authorization screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of appraisal practices.
